| This patient presented to the EP lab with a 12 lead electrocardiogram with negative delta waves in V1 and positive delta waves in leads I and II. On baseline measurements, the AH interval was -11. Tachycardia was initiated by ventricular stimulation. Several minutes into the arrhythmia, this electrogram was recorded. What explanation could be offered to describe what is seen here? |
